We Are Reimagining Public and Social Impact Leadership for a New Era of Shared Humanity.

Public and social impact transformation begins with the people who hold systems together -

the funders, policymakers, education leaders, and nonprofit executives whose daily decisions shape culture, resources, trust, and community well-being.

When these leaders become conscious, resilient, and humanity-centered, entire institutions and organizations shift:

  • tensions dissolve

  • purpose aligns with practice

  • the systems that serve the public become more fair, grounded, and capable of lasting change

DCC’s Leadership Labs and accelerators strengthen teams with the clarity, courage, and adaptive capacity needed to lead with dignity in complex environments — creating healthier institutions and systems that honor the people they serve.

I believe my biggest takeaway was "mindset"... how you put things into perspective and work from there; it totally was an a-ha moment and an area of growth that I felt had a huge impact on managing over-expectations of myself, reducing stress, frustration and suprisingly, procrastination.

Public Impact Leadership Lab (PILL)

Senior philanthropic, nonprofit, government, and education leaders

The Public Impact Leadership Lab (PILL) is a cohort-based leadership experience.

(PILL) strengthens the people who shape public and social systems — those who steward resources, policy, and institutional culture. PILL develops conscious, resilient, and humanity-centered leaders in three parallel sectors:

  • Government: policy and administrative stewards who govern with care, integrity, and public trust.

  • Education: administrators and system leaders who sustain learning communities with humanity and purpose.

  • Philanthropy & Nonprofit: resource stewards and foundation leaders who practice trust-based, relational governance.

    • Lead with purpose and integrity — using power wisely, centering humanity, and building trust through accountable relationships.

    • Sustain courage and clarity under pressure — aligning identity, values, and strength to lead with balance and compassion.

    • Aya Coaching Program: individualized coaching focused on resilience and values-centered leadership.

    • Build institutions that listen, adapt, and earn trust through reflection, data literacy, transparency, and meaningful accountability.

  • Upon successful completion of the program, each person will earn a certificate of completion and LinkedIn badge to display on their profile.
